Bluetooth does'nt work

I have an issue with my versa 2007. When i try to pair my phone Bluetooth do'nt understand me and do nothing like something is turned off and the orange light on ceilling blinks.

Have you checked Nissan's website to make sure your phone is compatible? Have updated the firmware on your phone?

I have checked with a nissan dealership and he told me tihis not normal something is broken on the car electronics.
