Details of the phone and service you're using?
Details of the vehicle, i.e. what trim level?
Is this a recent issue?
Did it start doing this after a recent phone OS update?
Is your phone OS up to date?
Is there an update available for your head unit?
Have you tried completely deleting the phone from the head unit and re-adding it?
