Bluetooth connection

Hi,I have a 2006 G35Coupe, manual with navigation.I bought it as used and cannot find how to connect my phone via Bluetooth.User Manual says to press button (call) and then system announces....I cannot hear anything announced. What to do? Thanks,D.

Thanks,but when I press the call button I cannot hear any voice of a lady. Just flashing the phone indicator on the top.May it be a problem that I have no navigation DVD in player?D.

I wonder if there is a way to turn up the microphone sensitivity in the 07 Coupe so you don't have to yell when talking to someone? Anyone know if the dealer can do this? That's been my only real complaint with this car beside it lacks power and torque.

If you've ever been inside an auditorium with a microphone and speakers I'm sure you've heard squealing feedback howl when the gain on the amplifiers is set too high?

Bluetooth is nothing more than a fancy speakerphone in an automobile that has a microphone and speaker in close proximity. To prevent feedback there is special anti feedback circuitry built in. If you are trying to use your bluetooth with the windows or roof open with wind or any other background noise, the anti feedback circuitry is going to cut down the sensitivity on the microphone.
