Bluetooth Caller ID problems - Palm Treo 700p Verizon

I have a 2008 Altima 3.5 SL with Navigation. I also have a Palm Treo 700p with Verizon. I have paired the phone successfully and almost everything is working properly. Except that the caller ID comes up as Private Caller each time i receive an incoming call. Has anyone else had this problem, and how have you or Nissan or Palm fixed it? By the way, i have the newest update from Palm for the Treo 700p so I am thinking it may be something I am doing wrong or that I can fix manually. Thanks for your help!!!Sean in Jax, FL
