Bluetooth Audio upgrade

Hi all
My 2006 M35x has the older Bluetooth which only supports phone calls.
Is there any way i can upgrade my factory bluetooth to a newer version that supports music keeping the center screen or i have to go through the dealer for new center console ?!

Do you have the RCA jack inputs in the back of the center console (facing the rear seats)??

if so, just get a Bluetooth receiver and a 3.5mm headphone adapter: female receiver to male RCA jack output and plug that into those RCA jacks and you can stream music from your phone
