Is it possible to set up Bluetooth audio streaming from an Iphone on a 2007 model Nissan Versa? This capability is available on new Nissans. Is it possible to upgrade something?

I have a 2011 Versa and you CAN'T stream music from the phone to the stereo via Bluetooth...only via USB. I suspect it's a limitation of the bluetooth stack Nissan is using. It only works over USB.
