Blue tooth compatability issue

Hi-I drive a 2007 G35 and up to this point have not used the bluetooth function. I got a new cellphone for Christmas this year (LG Xenon GR500R). This phone is brand new to Canada and it is not on the Infiniti compatability list. I am able to make calls no problem but the system drops incoming calls. Returning the phone is not an option because I used it for more than 15 minutes before I discovered that it was not on the list (Grrrr). Is there any setting tips or tricks out there for fixing this issue? There are many many LG phones on the list, so it seems strange to me that this particular phone would be an exception...any insight or suggestions?Thanks!Sam
