Blue smoke=burning oil

When the oil heats up it's leaking around either worn valve stems or bad piston rings into the combustion chamber. Have you done a compression check?

In either case the engine need internal work.

Is there a Head Rebuilding Thread, or how do you replace the Valve stem seals?

9/10 says it's valve stem seals. It takes a few minutes for the seals to warm up and expand to let the oil seep past them into the cylinder.

If it were rings, you'd be chugging smoke all the time.
