Okay today I've been working on my car I just removed my upper timing guides and put some fresh oil in the motor is it sounds really smoothly. But the car has year old gas in it so I've been just letting it idle for a bit to see if the motor was going to over heat or anything which I didn't but I noticed when I rev the motor up a little bit 3-5k rpms thick cloud of blue smoke comes out then it clears and goes away. It does it everytime you let it idle. From my understanding this could be bad valve seals causing this but I figured if it was the oil rings or valve seals it would smoke constantly. Any ideas what else could cause this?
Thanks
