looks like a ticket waiting to happen. the car has sealed beam replacement lights (sealed beams that you can change bulbs), with blue "city lights" in them as well.

Wrong they have normal h4 bulbs in them and a halo ring which is only on when a switch is flipped. So no tickets just a cool look.
