Hey... I'm not sure if everyone knows this already but Kelley Blue Book has finally listed used-car values for the 2007 Versas. (I don't know the policy for linking to other commercial sites on here, so just do a search for it.)

I was so happy to discover that my car is worth $1,000 less than I owe on it. Much better than I expected!

wow good post, theres only a slight difference in what i paid for the car and the depreciation so far , bought or 16,095 and the value now is 16,125 ... but i did get a discount from the dealer and the 500$ rebate helped a bit... and i just made 525 miles on the car lol

I'm sure if one were to go to a dealer and offer the Versa in trade, they would not give $1000 less than what someone paid new. A number from a Kelly book is one thing. What the dealer will give you in trade is entirely another.

Kelly, NADA and others are just guides. The car's value is what someone will pay for it. Many things will determine the trade in value: mileage, condition, region, demand, and current market value.

Unless there is some $3000 rebate and other incentive, a Versa is just like most cars-depreciating 20-25% in the first year, maybe more.
