Blue Book "Excelent" vs "Good"

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

How would you distinguish what on a used EX gets it from Good up to Excellent.

I'm considering buying a dealer loaner car but they want over Blue book Excellent price which I am having a hard time swallowing.

It's a buyers' market now...Could you provide more detail on the vehicle you're planning on buying? Model / Year / Milleage / Color / Options and of course the asking price.

For whatever reason, the EX35 seems to be holding up value quite 'high'. Would like to hear if there are anyone who traded in their EX for something else and like to see how much you get.

Last March I traded my 2008 EX Journey, NAV etc. with 5300 miles (only had it one year and it was excellent) for a slightly used 2009 FX50S.
After some haggling they gave me $36,000 for it, I paid $41k in March of 2009
