Blows cold only on passenger side

2008 rogue fully loaded.

Turned on the AC today and it blows cold on the passenger side but cool to warm on the drivers side.

When I turn off the ac it actually gets hot on the drivers side and cool on the passenger side.

Any ideas before I take it to the dealer ?

Have you ever changed your cabin filter?

could be this,

I would just take it to a mechanic, should be 1/3 the cost.
