Blowoff valve problems

I have an HKS blowoff valve and it just recently stopped whistling. Now no matter how high i rev it only flutters. It used to start to whistle around 2700 or 3000 rpm. I took it apart and everything looks fine. Wondering if anyone knows y this would happen. Thanks

Make sure your vacuum source is good (no splits in the hose). If you have a vacuum pump, try putting vacuum on the bov to make sure it's opening. Try loosening the adjuster on it to see if it starts to work.
