blown turbo?

So I am almost positive this is a yes but i figured i would check anyway before pulling everything off and confirming (its raining cold and I have finals this week) there is a sound coming from the drivers side of my engine bay that sounds well... do you know what it sounds like when a peice of paper is stuck to the back of a fan that rapid vibrating flapping sound? sort of like that only metallic. Thinking its done for but figured I would ask the opinion of some more experience people. it still makes boost but the one time i tried to thinking that it may just be a leaf in the engine bay it back fired a lot at about 12 psi
