blown turbo?!?

Ok so heres the problem. I heard some noises coming from my exhaust manifold side a few weeks back. It sounded like a blown gasket or something along with some rattling around 2500-3000rpm. I cant hear the turbo spool anymore over the noise. When i start it sometimes it blows a little white smoke. Then a few days back it started leaking oil around that area, no other liquids in it. Now tonight i just lost all boost pressure out of nowhere. No spooling, no bov, no boost? I know i shoulda takin a look at it before all this but too late, my bad. Any suggestions before I get at it in the morning?
