blown SR?

hey i have the sr swap and im havin problems with it. Before my KA blew, it made that same loud rattling noise. I hate to say it but i think its the crank, im praying i spun a rod or slipped a bearing. any ideas? o it began after running the motor dry. i had an oil leak that i didn't know about.

if it was bone dry, then yes, you have more than likely spun a bearing. hopefully it didn't screw the crank up.
