A while back i had music playing pretty loud in my car ('95 Q45) and i heard my rear speaker behind the back seats start to buzz. now when ever their is a loud bass drum or bass guitar or something it will buzz. it doesnt distort other stuff just for lots of punchy bass.

does anyone know a good place to replace this speaker or how much it will cost?

Rear speakers are 6x9s.

Got to an electronics store that carriers car audio. Listen to the different 6x9s. Buy the set that you think sounds the best.

They can range from $20 to $1000 a pair.

simply remove the rear seat. Then the rear deck. Take the four screws out of each speaker.

Pull speaker out and disconnect plug from speaker.

Remove the amp(black cap) from the back of both speakers. There are two wires running from the circuit board to the speakers.

These two wires are the wires you'll need to plug into your new speakers. I personally spliced in a length of speaker wire to these to make them easier to work with.

mount the amps in a secure location. I zip tied mine(back when I had the Q) to the magnet on each speaker.

Then connect the wires and secure the speakers in place. before putting everything back together turn the radio on to test.

If everything is working put it back together.

Changing from the crappy Bose speakers to any aftermarket, even the cheapest ones, is a huge upgrade. You are going to notice improved bass, clear highs, and that you can turn it up more without it distorting
