I was doing the SR swap, and it turns out the Headgasket on my SR is blown. Should I have the motor pulled out and the headgasket replaced with a greddy metal headgasket or something? Or should I just get a new motor. My transmission also has synchro problems.. pos grinds in 2nd and 3rd gears. Help!

Sometimes changing the transmission fluid with good stuff will get rid of the "damn syncro" problem. It would be cheaper to replace needed parts then to buy another used engine that may have MORE things wrong with it.
