Well. Nissan has failed me once more. At only 69,xxx miles I’m looking at hefty repair prices for a blown head gasket. The guy advised me to see if this is an issue and contact Nissan. Has anyone had an issue with a blown head gasket in this young of a car? It’s only a 2015 and only has 69,xxx miles on it like I said so it shouldn’t already be having this issues

I don't think I've ever seen a QR25 blow a head gasket without a serious overheat.

The Guy? I take it from the way this post is worded you're not having the work done at your local Nissan dealership?

To answer your question, no, blown head gaskets are not an issue with Rogue's. Neither is premature engine failure. The Nissan Rogue is now on it's 14th model year with basically the same engine since it's debut in 2007. If this was an issue it would be common knowledge, even among independent shops with ASE certified mechanics.

Do you have any documentation on how your mechanic diagnosed that its a blown head gasket?
