If the head gasket is blown, and the coolant is draining into the oil, but the car still runs but overheats quickly, what steps need to be taken to repair it? the engine has 129k miles on it.

remove the head, reinstall head gasket. make sure you timed everything right.

http://www.hybridka.com <for gaskets and timing set you should replace while you're in there. you'll also need to replace the head bolts if they've stretched (and they probably have)

i removed the oil drain plug and drained about 7.5 liters of muck out of the engine. then i put some new oil in and started it. it idled fine, but the whole engine shakes when you give it some gas, probly just gonna replace the whole motor.
