blown head gasket, new head?

I have a blown headgasket not what sure what else is wrong with the engine since I bought it not running. I can get a good deal on a kae rebuilt head, should i just go out and get the head and change them out when im redoing the gasket?

it would be easier to do while u got all apart, but are you sure you need your head rebuilt,most just need a good cleaning.
