Blown head gasket in 96 I30 T w/5spd worth fixing?

Hey there. Hope everyone's new years eve went well.
I have the above car with 167k mi. I'm really on the fence about fixing the car. There doesn't seem to be much value in them, but I've yet to see another 5spd, and I do like the car. Are the 5spd that rare, and if I do keep it, what's the best option, a jdm?

Rare, but not worth the hassle if you ever plan to sell it. If you like it for the enjoyment of driving stick, get an engine from a maxima and keep trucking. That's probably cheap as dirt right now... or do a VQ35 swap
