Blown Fuses?

I have a 93 240sx, and the fuse for the taillamps keeps on blowing out. What should i check for? Could it be a bad relay or something, if so, where can I find this so I can replace it. The fuse also controls the interior lights, so not only do my tailights not work, but I can't tell what speed I am going, so I really need to get this thing fixed.

probably a short..these are fuk up problems man.
