blown ecu signs/ no spark / no fuel

took out my ecu and notice this gunk was on it where the blue plug is....its all white green and purple and stuff lol open the inside and on the circuit board it has the same white stuff..just a very small amount....tried putting the ignition into the ON position and tried the self diagnostics..red light wasnt working as well as my car not starting....i though it was the fuel pump because there's no fuel being deliever so upgraded to a walbro...and i also noticed there's no spark...i dont think its the coil packs..checked spark plugs( new iridiums) im thinking water did get into the ecu from all the rain..my passenger area does get water when it rains hard and where the ecu is located was also wet...just confused a little and need some advice thanks

did you check it or did someone else. we need to know! the guy who must have checked it and told you the ecu is bad is always correct. listen and you shall recieve. good luck with the motor mister.

ps. ecu's cost an arm and a leg. better get choppin!

but most likely your ecu is blown. the rain must have connect two or more of your circuits.
