Blown clutch, how hard to replace

I am considering buying a 1991 240sx that has a bad clutch. I found an OEM replacement kit from http://www.dialaclutch.com for a little over $100. How hard would this be for install myself, I have a good idea of car mechanics and can have access to air tools, jack stands, jacks, etc....

not too hard.. just TIME consuming.you have to unbolt a lot of crap in order to get the transmission to drop.

doing mine tomorrow morning w/a few friends.

oh, btw, we're also replacing the rear main seal while we're at it
