last time i checked the modding community was about modding cars, not the difference in people's tastes.
That owner put a lot of time and effort and money into that car, and if it makes him happy, then all the power to him. Thats what we are here for. Not to tell people their taste in things is off.

Just becuase I was bored I wrote the guy an email:

Reply:Ben,One of my other email specfied that I should call it blower hood scoop. The manufacturer Mr. Gasket called it blower, so I called it that.There are no supercharger on the engine. There is a flexible pipe attached to intake manifold and this is then attached to the blower hood scoop. It also came with its own air filter which sits inside the blower scoop. I have more room thanks to the SS type scoop that I have on my hood. The flaps are then hooked onto the throttle body via cable. I found that bicycle cables to be strong enough. I seem to get better throttle response on full throttle. I think maybe I create a vacuum just before the flaps open fully. thanks for the email Ben.J.
