blown 25 amp engine cont fuse

my 93 240 sx is blowing the 25 amp engine cont fuse. does the cont stand for control? i was told by a mech that this fuse went to the computer. can anyone tell me what wire i need to check first? can anyone tell me for sure what this fuse is for? thanks
