Clutch is engaging when direct pin connection in ac relay. Presser switch is working still hot air. Oil and 134a are in good level. Please advice or guide. Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to NICO Club!

I'm sorry to hear you're buying parts and not having the issue resolved. It's possible the mixer door isn't moving properly, but you'll need to do some diagnoses.

The FSM for your car can be found here (links go to each chapter, table of contents is in FWD link)
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/I30/1998_I30/

The Heating and AC chapter is HA:
http://www.nicoclub.com/service-manual? ... 998_I30/ha

How the system works starts on page HA-11
Trouble diagnoses starts on page HA-23
Check out the symptoms chart on page HA-28

Let us know what you find and think and we'll try and help with the next step.

There's an actuator that moves a door for the mix of hot and/or A/C air. Probably shot. Usually about $60 to $65. Shop around using the part number for the best shipped price if this is the problem.

The FSM has a test process that uses the Climate Control to evaluate what's not working. No tools needed to figure it out. Really easy to do if you read and follow directions exactly. Do the test in daylight so you don't get a false reading on the Day/Night sensor.

Here's the Nissan/Infinity part number if it is the case:

Air/Blend Door Motor: 277322L901

Hope this helps!

Are your radiator fans working properly? For some reason when one of mine stopped working properly it affected the AC system functionality. Just speaking from experience.
