Blowing A/C fuse after swap

AFter the swap, my a/c fuse under the dash keeps popping. I replace and turn the ignition on and the climate control works fine. Shortly there after it pops the fuse again. Yet another wiring gremlin Im sure. On the SR harness, there is a separate a/c plug that isn't used. Does this just carry signal can someone tell me? I think maybe this wire is touching metal and shorting my fuse out.

Anyone come across this before? I've searched and found nothing on a/c fuses popping.

Bumpity bump.

Tried changing the fuse again, it popped after a short drive.

Any ideas?
