Welcome to NICO! You'd need to replace the blower motor resistor.

To get to it, you remove your glovebox.

Below is an older post from fueler regarding this:
fueler wrote: This is a somewhat common problem in Pathfinders and QX4 96-04. Blower motor resistor. Blower motor - take out the glove box, look on the blower box. 1 screw and a harness to disconnect and its out. The blower motor resistor is just below the blower motor. It has a four pin white connector and two #2 phillips screws holding it in. Unplug it, remove the two screws, remove the old one and pop in a new one. Takes 10 minutes, 20 minutes tops to do. This is a dealership part. info here http://www.4x4parts.com/ubbthr...10456

Same here. . I was able to score just over 13 in town last time, and I was excited about that.
