I have a 2020 nissan rogue SV and when you first start up the car the blower for the climate control will start off strong, but after only a minute or two it dies back and can't keep up with the cooling, doesn't matter if you have it on manual or auto. And the indication will show it at max, but it definitely isn't blowing at max. Once in a while it'll stay blowing strong, but the second you try to adjust it, it dies off and then it's unadjustable...any ideas?

The gen2's with Auto have a 2-stage VBC (blower resistor) and it sounds like your high-speed stage is blown.
