Blower resistor location

Having done a search, I saw the posts were about models other than the M30. I'm a new owner and I don't have a manual yet, but I will before the end of the week.

Can someone tell me specifically where the resistor is in an M30? I've looked under the glove box but didnt' see it. Will I have to remove the glove box to find it?

Typically they're behind the glove box... but you probably have to remove it to see the darlington resistor.

Excellent! I probably wouldn't have realized what I was seeing having been used to the old GM spring-looking resistors.
