Blower Only Works on 4.

Can someone help me? My Blower Motor doesn't work on any setting except on 4 (highest setting). It's either no blow or full blow. Please help.

SEARCH, and more often than not you will find the answer to your question.

I searched and found this: There is a HVAC resistor under the glove box next to the blower motor. What this does is limits the amount of electricity going to fan speeds 1, 2 and 3; and 4 is direct current. Yours is broken, so you need to replace it. I even found a picture of it when I searched...



To find it follow the 4-wire harness that's tied into the 2-wire harness that goes into the blower motor.

i ordered the resistor from midwaynissan.com and it took a while for them to ship it out. it tooke them like a week for them to ship it and now i have to wait another week for it to arrive at my house!!
