Blower noise 2014 rogue SL

Hello,
I recently bought my rogue SL 2014 with 46000 miles. I noticed that the blower has this whine noise at all fan speeds but most notable in the middle ranges of the fan speed. Also going from high fan speed to low quickly-the fan sounds like it winds down. The closest I think it sounds like a front loader washing machine going from high spin to low. This is very annoying. Does anyone have this problem with their rogue? If so any suggestions on a fix? Is it easy to replace the blower motor in the rogue 2014 SL (not the rogue select)?

I have noticed the same whining noise from the fan in the middle of the speed... I have 2015 Rogue SL. I guess it's normal.
