You will have to take the glove box out, and it should be rihgt behind there.

There are no screws in the glove box. The only screws I found were under the glove box that took off the panel that covers the light that shines on the floor of the passenger side.

There is a bracket that runs the entire length underneath the glove compartment that is aluminum colored that you must remove 3 bolts from: 2 from the door side and one near the center console. Once this is off, you have to take the motor coupling off of the vent gate and remove the entire bracket that it attaches to in order to get the bottom off. Also: you will have to take the side kick-plate panel off of the bottom door-side in order to expose the cPU unit and remove it by removing two bolts: the one to the bottom of the bracket that runs under the carpet beneath and the other one is bolted directly to the firewall towards the front of the car. After you remove these bolts, you will have to pull the unit towards the rear of the car until it releases from the bolt in the firewall, then angle it towards the center console and pull down in order to get it free. With this out, you now have to remove the two brackets that hold the CPU in place in order to get clearance to remove the bottom plate of the blower assembly. There are 4 screws that you have to remove: 2 in the very front bottom, one around the back towards the center, and one on the far wall next to the quarterpanel. The last one is horrible and you have to have some skinny fingers in order to get the screw out. After you take the 4 screws out, you can go ahead and drop the cover and expose the fan housing and fan. Pull 4 screws out of the housing and the fan assembly will drop out
