Blower Moter Problems

My upper heater core inlet spontaneously broke and I just replaced the heater core. In the process I had to take out the AC unit and blower motor. Everything worked fine before I replaced the core, but now that it is back together, nothing works. The Green lights on the control don't come on, and the blower motor doesn't either. I checked the fuses for the Blower motor under the dash and they are fine. Any ideas on what to check?
