Blower Fan Stays on After Engine Turned Off

Howdy All. I have noticed my blower fans in front of the radiator stay on for approximately 30 seconds after the engine is turned off even when the temp outside is cool (50's).

I replaced the radiator about 2 years ago and the coolant (a 70/30 mix of Zerex yellow low sulfate coolant and distilled water) is full up. Thermostat was replaced with radiator too. I have also replaced the coolant temperature sensor.

Why does the fan stay on and will this reduce the life of my battery (and eventually my alternator)?

i blieve this is normal cause it happenes to my car also when i bought it brand new
