What kind of budget are you working with? What kind of sound do you want (are you going for loud, or super clean)? What is the exact model of the amp you have?

Hey!

The best set up Ive heard your your T1000bd is 2 Kicker L7's 12'' and a ported box made from Kicker. That amp as a lot of potential and a pretty price tag! Treat it right...with 2 Kicker L7 12" subs!!!

i always recommend JL Audio. just my personal preference.

im currently running 2 12" w3's right now and they sound fantastic. hopefully soon i will be able to install a jl 1000/1 amp.

but, if budget is no issue and youre looking for just loud knock your head off bass then go with a 13.5" w7.

however, if you are looking for more clean and precise bass i would highly recommend 2 12" w3's or 2 12" w6's in a sealed enclosure with that amp should sound fantastic. that is that im right in assuming that your amp is 1000w rms @ 2 ohms?

however. JL Audio is just my personal preference.

I'd stick to kicker IMO. I've had all different kinds of subs and kicker seems to be the best(well audiobahn is pretty good but hard to get on in our trunks) but if money isn't a problem, i'd go with the Solo-X 10 or possibly even 12. Insane amount of bass but you'd also need an insane amp to go along with it.

Also, I'm not sure on the spec's of the new Solo-X's but I know the old ones need a decent amount of room so say good by to your trunk haha.

from my experience. audiobahn is about loudness. high SPL but lack of SQ. the subs are loud and sloppy.

That's why i suggested audiobahn, he just said looking for bass. Assumed he meant wanted loud, heavy hitting, instead of quality like memphis audio.

as i said. i always recommend JL Audio. hard hitting clean crisp bass2 w6's would be ideal with a 1000/1 amp in a sealed enclosure. that is if money is no object

Ok, you said before that money was no object. If this is truly the case, I would probably recommend sticking with one sub. If you're looking for loud, deep and clean, there are really only two subs that come to mind. I'm partial to my sub, so I would have to recommend the Critical Mass UL12. Or, you could check out the Dynaudio Esotar2 1200. Then again, either one of those will run you between 1100-1700 new, depending on how well you search for a dealer (UL12 - 2000 retail and the Esotar2 sub is about 1500 retail). If you're really looking to keep two subs, two of either of these would probably make the car fall apart. Once again, this is assuming budget doesn't matter.
