Blowe motor wont shut off! M30

Hey Guys, I have went thru my car with the auto temp heat and ac, I used the factory manual that came with the car and did all the test and everything showed fine. I have figured out that the blowe motor isnt shutting off. When you put it on manual and set to vents it blows out like its on high even when the fans not even turned to setting 1 as you increase the fan settings up to the 4th blade it dont even incresse. So if anyone knows how to or what I shoulc do or check next, I would be very thankful as I have pulled the blowe fuse's to get it to stop goign all the time.

You might call Joe at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Maybe I hear there is a resistor pack or amp that goes bad on the fan and will cause it to always run on high. He can tell you if it's a common problem (how many they sell) and if that's probably the cause.

Deffinately sounds like the resister/amp. I had the exact problem with my 91 Q. Also when I tried to turn the blower off using the the AC switch, the vents would blow air in diff. modes; hi, low, defrost. finally I pulled the fuse cause it was driving me nuts. When I finally changed the amp, ran perfect. Hopefully that helps.

Hey Guys, I did the check with the ac unit. and of course it all tested fine. I am going to go ahead and replace the part you guys had said it was most likey to be since there is a M here in the local junk yard. I am guessing that will solve the issue, since they dont want very much for the part I am going to check it that way and then pick up a new one to have just incse that one goes south on me.
