Is there any negative in running a blow thru setup. I've read that it can damage the MAF, is that true/how true? it seems that blow thru would give more accurate intake air temp readings? Are there any benefits to running suck thru?

IMHO blow thru owns. you can vta without stumbble or that over rich backfire. now black smoke when you lift. faster warm ups(from my experience). much better at metering the intake air not the pre compressed air.

best spot in my book is just before the TB.

Just make sure you have a back up mafs in your car. In case it goes bad. Same can happen for pre-turbo as well.
