I just instaled my sr20 red top and i got a aftermarket exhaustmanifold and steel braided lines for the turbo. The problem comes when I boost my blow offvalve spits oil out. What I want to now is why is it doing this? Things i dont have on the sr are the black canistor that hooks up to the valve cover and the restrictor bolt for the turbo oil feed. could those two things be the reason oil is passing the turbo oil seals or are they just bad?

Sounds like the seals on the turbo. could be that the motor sat too long

Alot of sr come to the us with blown turbos and clutches at least thats how mine came! MY t25's shaft wouldent move without 20 pounds of force to spinn the compressor 1/4 turn at a time.

If you dont have a stock or aftermarket catch can, that might be blow by comming out your bov. I have a stock catch can and get some blowby now and again from my bov. If its relly oily its probely your turbo seals.Restrictor bolts are for ballbarring turbos and are not used on t25's! I hope you just need a catch can cuz us sr people rule!
