Blow-by: How much is too much.

Ok, so I've got a fairly new-to-me car, and it's been since 2007 since I've had my last 240. I was just doing some checkups on everything and am getting quite a lot of air/oil out of the oil cap when I take it off while running. I know some of this is normal, and I'm not getting any oil in my valve cover hose going to the intake, but I can't recall if it was ever like this on my other 240's.
