Hello to All!

I’ve searched the Form and I can’t find any posting on how to “un-block” the windshield washer sprayer. I know there is a blockage, because when I disconnect the lines and hit the on button water is pumped through the line; but when I connect the line back, all I get is a slow dribble out of one and none out of the other. Any ideas?

I’ve been thinking about disconnecting the main water supply line and blowing the down stream lines with compressed air. I don’t want to use a pin/sharp object to “clean” the spray nozzles, because I’m afraid of screwing up the nozzle spray pattern.

Thanks,

Stephen

Use a tac... I used one to adjust it and as long as you dont move the nozzles then the spray pattern will stay the same.... Wont wont have to worry about puncturing something, as I shoved a tac in there as far as it could go and its just fine.... YOu could also try some compressed air......

YOu can also use them to adjust it if you want to.... Just move them around and then spray until you are satisfied of the pattern.....

I concur with Wes. My passenger side nossle was clogged and I just stuck a needle in there. I had to re-adjust it as it was spraying too high afterwards. I just put the needle back in and moved it down. Compressed air would help as well.

Then I would fill up the washer tank with water and flush it out really good..... I did that.. You will look like a moron with your washers on full blast sitting in your driveway!!!
