Hello Sir/ Madam,

I have Nissan Versa 2008. I was trying to hooked up my car into block heater using extension cable, but it does not like. It does not like any extension cord. I had hooked up directly, which worked fine. So, there is no issue with block heater cable or any extension cable. I am not getting why it is not working with extension cord?

I would appreciate if anyone can help me out.

Thanking You,
Kasparov

Hello, I too have a block heater for a 2008 Versa 1.8L and have no problem plugging it into an extension cord. I did purchase a very good quality cord that has a lighted end and is rated for outdoor use.

Maybe your cord is not high quality and you should try another.
