Wow, that's a crazy place to see a crack.

Any aftermarket parts?

Wow, I've never seen anything like that before. Like AZ said I've never heard of a Nissan engine having any shenanigans happen there. Is this the original engine to the car? If it was a replacement engine, I'm wondering if it was in a wrecked car and maybe something got tweaked during a wreck?

I'd be really tempted to force some sort of low viscosity sealant into the crack (sounds crazy but I think super-glue would work well) and keep driving it. This seems like something that if you kept an eye on the coolant level it'd probably run fine for a lot of years.
