hii have a 92 240sx and need a new motorfor it. on ebay there is a built altima ka24de turbo for sale. the owner said he can swap over the head and other necessary parts. what ia m wondering is if this will actually work because i cant find any info on block compatibility. thanks for your help

No, the Altima is front wheel drive. Things sit in different places on it.
