So I got my block back from the machine shop and they informed me that the headgasket would not seal unless I were to have the block milled. I used the cookie ( or whatever you want to call them) buffer to clean off all the old gasket material. I have done this on a few cars and havent had a problem. What do you guys think? Its a 1.8mm Greddy MHG. I also used some of the copper spray that permatex sells. Thanks in advance

this was just brought up a few threads down. if i learned anything from reading, which i usually dont haha, its that the head should be milled, and the copper spray is unescessary. but you know what, id rather be safe than sorry, and get the head milled. the copper spray id leave out
