Okay I just purchased a Blitz Super Sound Bov for my SR, and I wanna find some way to recirculate the bov (as the SR is stock).

Do they sell any recirculation kits for the Blitz bov? I had no luck finding anything online.

If not, have any of you guys made your own recirculation attachment piece? Look at the following picture for reference. I need to make some piece that looks like the filter attachment minus the filter itself.

Giveme your input!

I am working on doing this myself. I think its going to be a custom job. So you will need a flange , as well as a pipe welded to it. I was also contemplating cutting the filter off that peice, and putting a hose over it. I am not sure if that will work though. Good luck

You can put a hose over the opening and just clamp it down with a belt clamp. It will hold and works very well.

Hmm......How did you fit a circular hose over that <O> shaped opening? Wouldn't it be a loose fit with the incompatible shapes?

Do you have any pictures???

Doh.....If it's a hose over the filter than that wouldn't really get the job done right since the flow of air is impeded by the filter. =T

civics91: According to Blitz, the filter attachment keeps "debris" from entering the blow off valve during blow off.

hack the filter off and just use the fitting as a place to clamp the hose on :)

exactly

on another note, during some situation, the bov will be open and will actually suck air in, once the turbo starts to spool again. So a filter is helpful to keep crap out.

That bov doesn't come with a recirculation option. But as stated you can make it recirculate.

so if you don't recirculate, do you just plug the ole on the intake piping?
