Blitz SBC-i Color Boost Controller Settings

I am new to the world of turbos, and to this great forum. I currently have a 1993 180SX with an SR20DET. I have a Blitz IC, and many other aftermarket parts. I was told an aftermarket turbo, but I think stock is a T25(after reading here). Assuming I have the T25, what settings do I need to input in the manual mode of the Blitz SBC-i Color to achieve 12-14lbs of boost. It ranges from 0-100, and there is no graph to tell me anything. I know it is currently running 7lbs, which is stock. Can someone please help? Also, what gain should I use to get the most performance out of it? I appreciate any input.

i would recomend setting it to automatic that will read in psi and if you have the stock t25 turbo anything over 1bar (14psi) is pointless i usually have mine at 10 psi for normal driving and 13.5 for some fun
